SPONGE EXTRUSION PRODUCTS
Comparing to other sponge elastomers, sponge silicone rubber products have high temperature resistance – even up to 300°C, as well as very good sound insulation and water repellency. This is due to the closed pore structure, special properties – e.g. increased chemical resistance, resistance to weather conditions and UV radiation. They can be manufactured in a wide range of density and softness. High compressibility and excellent ability to return to the original shape is an important property of silicone foams in many applications.
In addition to foam of the technical quality, we offer sponge products with a fine-tuned composition intended to come into contact with food and drinking water in accordance with generally applicable standards, such as BfR, 1935/2004/EC.

SILICONE PROFILES
Our silicone profiles are manufactured with the extrusion method resulting in the huge variety of shapes we can achieve (individual geometry), often complex and unavailable elsewhere – from simple cross-sections to complex multi-cellular shapes.
SILICONE CORDS
We offer sponge silicone cords with rectangular, round and trapezoidal cross-sections.
In addition, our offer includes: cutting into sections, vulcanizing as oval profiles, closing in frames, versions with self-adhesive tape, coating (with fluorine, PTFE), product marking.
SILICONE HOSES
The hoses are manufactured with the extrusion method, and due to the properties of silicone rubber they are suitable for conveying media, electrical insulation or as covers, for example in conveyor rollers.
Dimensions:
- Internal diameter from 2 mm to 60 mm
- Wall thickness – from 2 mm to 30 mm
Maintaining flexibility at high and low temperatures, resistance to many chemical compounds, hydrophobic properties, resistance to temperatures of up to 300°C, resistance to multiple dry and steam sterilization, make that the silicone hoses are used in every industry.
